Muzzled Simpson's
I got tired of waiting for MSNBC to bring in Frank Luntz's focus groups like they always do at political events, so I switched over to the Simpson's.It's the episode where the Simpson's spend the 4th of July weekend at the Flanders' beach house. Homer goes out to buy some illegal fireworks. An Apu-like character at the local Quickie Mart offers to sell him a large firework.
He says, in his Indian accent, "Celebrate the birth of your country by blowing up a small part of it."
The "blowing up a small part of it" was muted! They erased those words!
I don't know what I think about that, but I found it odd.
