Bambi's Bombers Forever
George Bamburger died Sunday night from cancer.He's the first Brewer's coach I was ever aware of. He gave the Brewers their first winning season. They continued their winning ways in the years after that, and it was Bambi who was always given a lot of (deserved) credit for turning the team around. Right guy, right place, right time.
To say he is beloved here is an understatement.
