Let's see, ...On the negative side your last job was the secondary coach for the 3rd worst secondary in the league and you were fired, in your job before that you coached the worst secondary in the history of professional or amatuer sport and were fired, you took two very good players and coached them into turds (only to see them play well after you were fired), you were instrumental in drafting an undersized, untalented headcase that was waived in only his second year, in your four jobs before that you coached for awful teams that had awful defences that didn't get any better under your watch. Oh, and the only reason you've ever had any job in the NFL is because your brother is an oft-fired coach.
On the plus side, you are close pals with Mike McCarthy.
